When can I get one?
Lead time depends on the production schedule and is stated in each quote. Early units may go to pilot users who help confirm the values marked * in the specifications.
Will it work with my HPLC system?
It injects into HPLC flow paths through its 6-port, 2-position valve, designed for up to 5000 psi (345 bar). Synchronising injection with your pump and data system depends on your setup, so name both in your quote request and we will tell you what is possible.
Which software controls it?
It appears as a serial (virtual COM) port over USB-C and takes plain text commands from a documented command set. Any software that can open a serial port can send them, for example Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB or C#.
How do I switch between HPLC and liquid handling?
Swap the syringe cartridge (no tools needed) and fit the matching pre-labelled tube kit. Order the second configuration kit as an option if you want both.
Can I use 96-well plates?
Not yet. The standard rack holds 48 × 2 mL vials (12 × 32 mm) on an SBS footprint. A 96-well plate rack is planned but not yet validated; tick it in the options and we will let you know if it becomes available.
How is it serviced?
The syringe seal kit is field-replaceable. At power-up the sampler checks homing, valve position, door and pressure sensors, and firmware updates install over USB.
Can I buy it as a module for my own instrument?
Yes. Choose OEM or system integrator in the quote form and give your yearly volume, and we will discuss OEM pricing and integration with you.
Where do you deliver?
We start with customers in the EU. Requests from other countries are welcome; the quote states whether and how we can deliver to you. An EU-assembled version is available as an option.
